Whether it is personal or not, people like to read and find out what other “regular Janes and Joes” think. Having said that, it could also be said that people have something they want to share. A Life and Business - Possible
A Work Life Balance?
All too often you hear how this industry (online marketing, mlm, network marketing, etc.) can help you achieve complete and total financial freedom, and more importantly a work life - balance that is time freedom. While it is true that your earning potential has virtually no cap, those of us (especially those who are in their first years of building their online empire) can … to be honest, be quite the contradiction when it comes to time freedom and what you have to sacrifice to get it.
It is often you'll hear of entrepreneurs earning hundreds of thousands of dollars in a short time, but what you don’t often hear about is the work that goes into creating these massive incomes in short periods of time.

Well, today I want to tell you a little about the effort and work that goes into creating complete and total financial freedom, and more importantly Time Freedom. Well, my story may not be that special.
You
see, there is a commonality in those that have achieved substantial
success. In the beginning, they all buckled down and went through a
learning curve. It doesn’t matter what J.O.B., career, or business were
discussing. I’m sorry to tell you, if you plan on achieving above average results, it’s mandatory – you have to go thru it.
The good news, what can cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars in education from Ivy League schools, can be achieved at a tiny fraction of the cost with unlimited earning potential within our group. What’s even better, YOU have the option as to who you work with in helping you achieve your desired result.
Time Freedom was something that I didn’t have much of my entire life. So when I read the sales pages, you know the ones that claim to give you complete and total financial and time freedom... well, I was sold.
When getting started in this industry, I knew in the early stages that mastering systems would allow me the ability to automate large portions of my online business, freeing up more time to be spent on the things that I enjoy doing. So, after going through “the grind” dedicating my time and energy into learning systems, listening to my teammates wants and needs when it comes to proven strategies that work when applied, and collaborating with other leaders to create amazing support communities to ensure no one was left behind…
In August of 2012, I partnered up with a low cost entry program called Empower Network.
I built a system around it that enabled me to not only automate the
recruiting process, but also automate the recruiting process AND the
training process for those that teamed up with me. They simply plugged
in, applied what has created for them in advance, saw results, and we
were off to building a massive organization.
Now don’t get me wrong, my first couple months were spent handling the initial start up and building a strong front line, and then I was able to start enjoying some time freedom.

Microsoft Surface: To Preorder or Not to Preorder
To Preorder or Not to Preorder
Are
you just craving a Microsoft Surface tablet? I’m sure some
non-developer Microsoft fans are, but for the rest of us the question
remains. One key point to note is that the RT model of the tablet is
only available for preorder. So, should you preorder a Microsoft Surface
RT tablet or wait and see?
Preorder the Microsoft Surface.
If
you have the $500 to $600 to spend on the new tablet then go ahead and
preorder the new tablet. Now, I’d admit, I am excited to see the
Microsoft has designed and built this device. It is good to have another
option in the tablet arena. The device is fairly attractive and
availability of the cover – keyboard combination is pretty innovative.
The functionality of the keyboard-combo outside of tests remains to be
seen. Some critics have said that the Surface is an attractive device. I
have not had the chance to see it in person, so I really can’t say how
the attractive the device is up close and personal. If by chance you are
using a Windows Phone 8 device or use a version of Windows as your
primary operating system, then perhaps a person will fully want to dive
into a Microsoft ecosystem. I must say, these reasons to preorder the
device do not seem all that strong or influential.
Do Not Preorder the Microsoft Surface.
Whether
you have the money or not, it is probably wise to just wait and see how
the device performs. Some may jump at the chance to immediately buy the
new iPhone or iPad without knowing how it will work, but consumers know
those products will function as they should. At least they should
perform at the same level as their predecessor. The Surface tablet is a
new device. The software has been revamped from the ground up. Now if
one did not physically see or test the device, then it is recommendable
to hold off ordering until it is widely available in stores and people
have a better understanding of how it works. Also, as stated above, the
RT model is the only model that is available for preorder. The RT model
runs on the ARM processor which means it will only be able to handle the
apps designed for Microsoft mobile devices and some lighter versions of
popular software. This goes to say if you’re a power user and waiting
for Microsoft to release a product that can compete, then it is
advisable to have you wait a little bit longer. A word of advice: read
the return policy if you’re seriously considering preordering the
device.
