The heat continues, and I think my a/c has finally caught up. I also made it to the gym today and had a god back work out. I'm still trying to get my arms as pumped as they used to be. Well, that is before I started slacking off. I'm also trying to rearrange my diet so my abs are once visible again. Yet, it is tough with a lot of early summer parties, get togethers, and drinks!
